We can support you to make a new claim for Universal Credit, from opening an account through to receiving first full payment.
For in-depth support we can offer a face-to-face appointment with a trained adviser who can help with:

Setting up a Universal Credit account
Completing claim to-dos
Verifying identity
Making sure the right evidence is provided to the Jobcentre

Monday & Thursday 1.00pm – 4.30pm

Tuesday & Wednesday 9.30am – 1.00pm

To get an appointment you can be referred by the job centre.

Alternatively, a call to our Help to Claim helpline on 0800 144 8444 between 8am & 6pm may be more appropriate for you if you are confident in managing a claim yourself with just a little help.
