Our Advisers can work with you to sort out debt worries and to claim all the benefits that you are entitled to. We can help with housing and employment problems or deal with queries about consumer or tax issues. We can advise on legal matters, answer questions about immigration and we have much experience of dealing with family and personal concerns, too. We can also help to negotiate with companies or service providers, such as creditors, or to appeal against decisions about such things as social security benefit claims
We offer generalist advice through trained and competent volunteer advisers, who have access to comprehensive information systems. Our Volunteers are supported by a team of well qualified supervisory staff.
You can contact us in person or by telephone at our offices in Loughborough, Shepshed or Syston. See the 'How to get in Touch' page for addresses, telephone numbers and hours. Please have relevant documents and information with you so that we can thoroughly investigate your problem and give the best possible advice. You will be asked for personal information, too. This will be stored electronically on computers; you will be informed about this and your rights under the Data Protection Act.
